About Us
Extensive Experience
Between the two of us we have traveled a bit, lived in apartments, a cottage, a lake house, in the city, in the country, and in other countries. Susie is a mother of three wonderful children. Karen, co-founder and oldest daughter, is in the process of graduate work in Residential Planning from the Art Institute.
An Eye For Design
We are, in essence, a mother-daughter duo who sees décor, furniture, and textile redemption in homes. We have had our original artwork sold in various shops, galleries, and estate auctions.
Our Passion
Susie is enjoying life in a 1940’s bungalow in the historic old north end with her wonderful husband Curt of 37 years. Susie's daughter Kate is spending a year in Sydney, Australia studying youth ministry. Son Matt is a creative manager and graphic designer for Pottery Barn at their headquarters in San Francisco. Together, we enjoy pure and simple design.
